How we'll work together

  1. Say hi

Send a WhatsApp or fill in the form. Tell me what's happening – no judgement, I've been there.

  2. I get the full picture

We talk through your baby's days and nights, feeding, temperament and what you actually need – because every family is different.

  3. A plan that fits your baby

Gentle, gradual changes that work with your baby's needs instead of against them. No cry-it-out.

  4. You're not doing it alone

Support while you put it into practice, so you're never left guessing.

What I'll never ask you to do

  • Leave your baby to cry it out – babies learn to feel safe when their needs are met, not when they're left alone.
  • Stop night feeds before your baby is ready – babies still need feeding at night up until age one.
  • Follow a one-size-fits-all schedule – every child is different, and every family is different.

Questions about working together

What ages do you work with?

From newborns to toddlers. The approach is the same at every age: we look at what your child needs to feel safe enough to sleep, and we respect where they are developmentally.

Will I have to stop night feeds?

Not before your baby is ready. Babies still need feeding at night up until age one – their calorie intake works differently to ours. We'll never treat a hungry baby as a “habit”.

How quickly will we see a change?

Gentle and gradual means exactly that. Some families notice calmer bedtimes within days; other changes take a couple of weeks as your baby adjusts. I'll be honest with you about what's realistic for your baby's age and temperament.

Do you work with families outside South Africa?

Yes – consultations are online, so time zones are the only thing we need to plan around.

Let's chat.

Tell me a little about what's happening – no judgement, I've been there. I'll come back to you on WhatsApp or email, whichever you prefer.
