Happy Nest SA (“we”, “I”) respects your privacy and handles personal information in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). This page explains what is collected on this website and how it is used.
What we collect
When you contact us through the website form or WhatsApp, we receive what you choose to share: your name, a contact number or email address, your baby's age and the information you give about their sleep. We do not ask for anything we don't need to help you.
How it is used
Your details are used to respond to your enquiry, to arrange and deliver sleep support if you decide to work with us, and to keep basic records of that work. They are not sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing.
WhatsApp and email
Messages you send via WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy. Email is used to reply to you and to send any documents we agree to share.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
This website may use privacy-respecting analytics (such as Google Analytics) and advertising measurement tools (such as the Meta pixel or Google Ads conversion tracking) to understand how people find and use the site. These tools may set cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of interest-based advertising through your Google and Meta ad settings.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the duration of our work together plus a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping.
Your rights
Under POPIA you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to its processing. Email sapir@happy-nest.co.za and we will respond promptly. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa).
